We accept American Express, Maestro, Visa and MasterCard or PayPal to the address No surcharge is applied. Email or phone us in weekday hours. We work on first funds recieved, first served.


A 20% deposit is payable to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of your stay, the full amount is payable upon booking. Once you’ve paid in full, we will email with confirmation and ask for your direction with regard to how you would like the beds set up into doubles or singles.

Weekend rental runs from 3:30pm Friday to 10:30am Monday.  

Midweek is 3:30pm Monday to 10:30am Friday.

A week runs from 3:30pm Friday to 10:30am following Friday.

Bank holiday weekends differ; please contact us for details.

Visitors by prior arrangement and agreement.


Travel cot and high chair are available for no extra charge.


We regret that we cannot allow pets.

Prices for 50+ people start at £3800, for a 6-day rental of the house in 25 acres of grounds. To include free parking and camping.   Extra days at £400.


From North on A29 from London.


Enter on A29 Pulborough, pass Sainsburys and Tescos down hill to mini-roundabout. Turn right onto next mini-roundabout, turn left leaving Pulborough on A29 over river bridge. Sign posted Chichester Bognor. Having left Pulborough, first lane, 1 mile turn right 100 yards after Royal Mail post box on pole. Signs say Southern Water, Hardham Mill Business Park, House on the Brooks. Now follow signs for House on the Brooks.


From South on A29 from Chichester Arundel Bognor.


Follow A29 signs on top of downs for Pulborough Dorking. Down Bury hill through Watersfield and Coldwaltham. After S bend on railway bridge 400 yards next left.  Signs say Southern Water, Hardham Mill Business Park, House on the Brooks. Now follow signs for House on the Brooks.


Towards House on the Brooks 


After the signs for Southern Water and Hardham Mill Business Park, almost immediately go over the level crossing. In 100 yards turn left into field towards green buildings. Turn left just as you approach, and follow the track and signs past the timber shed, into the top of the valley 200 yards parking adjacent to the house.
